From the coastal charm of Bradenton, Florida area, where I was born and raised. My journey blends over 10 years of corporate discipline, followed by several years in high-performance sales—where I thrived, exceeded goals, and discovered a deeper confidence in my ability to build something of my own. Excelling in sales didn’t just sharpen my skills—it fueled the motivation to step into entrepreneurship and create a business aligned with my true passion: people, skincare, prevention, and transformative results.

That passion led me to esthetician school, where I attended Dolly Moroe Beauty Academy in Tampa, Florida for a 700 hour advanced esthetics program, originally to become a professional lash artist. However, after completing the lash extensions portion I realized I wanted to focus more on skincare and hair removal. After I graduated in 2019, I worked at a privately owned spa learning many different treatments and techniques, and then decided to take the leap to own and operate my very own skincare studio! I have been in business helping women achieve their very best skin goals since February of 2020. Since graduating, I have obtained certifications for Advanced Dermaplaning, male Brazilian waxing, many ingredient and peel courses, and intimate area skincare and lightening.

On a more personal note, many people call me Alashay, however that name came from the merger of my first and middle name. I am a mom to 3 adult children which includes a set of twins, as well as a grandma to 2 beautiful grandcats. I enjoy traveling all over the world, I am a complete foodie and will try anything once.
